At the state park you will find so many more outdoor activities for all seasons such as mountain bike trails, hiking trails, paddle boating, fishing, horse back riding, golfing, and much more! The mountain house offers an abundance of sleeping options for larger groups, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 3 levels of space, while this cabin is oh so cozy for a couples retreat too! The main level offers a master bedroom with a private attached bath, fully equip kitchen, dining area, and living room. On site in the community you will have access to the tennis courts, basketball court, a rec field and open Memorial day-Labor day you'll have access to the community hot tub and pool area. You needn’t go far for good food and drinks - the Coolfont Treetop Restaurant and Berkeley Springs Brewery are right outside the community (Less than 1 Mile) and next to the Treetop there is an indoor pool and jacuzzi open year round for $8 per day per adult.  Approx 4 miles to downtown Berkeley Springs you will find more dining, shopping, and entertainment are minutes away in downtown Berkeley Springs.
